Case Worker – Homeless

Seven Social Care is looking for a Case Worker to work in West London. This is a 14-month pilot project, and the team will be working on outcomes-based project to house rough sleepers who have recently been granted their asylum decision, into private rented accommodations in or out of London.

Start Date – End of January

Pay rate – 11.11 per hour (with umberella options available)

The role:

• Utilise your housing support knowledge and skills by supporting single and childless couples to relieve or prevent homelessness.
• Effectively manage a caseload of pre housed and housed client group
• Work well under pressure and perform at the level expected of you, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Work in one of London’s biggest and diverse boroughs.
• Work in close partnership with Ealing Council’s Housing Solutions Team

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
