Case working / Resettlement Assistant

Seven Social Care is looking for a Case working / Resettlement Assistant at Peterborough City Council paying £12.69

The role:

Sand Martin House / Town Hall Peterborough ideally 5 days a week – can be more flexiable with hybrid after candidate has settles in

To assist the housing officer in collecting information and chasing clients so the housing officer can make appropriate decisions. Processing homeless applications and housing register applications. Supporting clients into new accommodation from Emergency Accommodation. Assist with supported accommodation referrals and raising payment requests etc. This is not exhaustive.
