Catering Assistant

Seven Resourcing is looking for a Catering Assistant to work in the beautiful Durham Dales Tea Rooms, located in County Durham.

This is a full time role paying £10.79 – £13.50 via PAYE or Umbrella.

The role:

You will be assisting in the day-to-day delivery of the catering service, providing assistance in the cooking and preparation of food, serving meals and ensuring the work environment complies with food hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist in food preparation and cooking.

To assist with the service of food to customers.

To set up the dining area/cafe and ensure the cleanliness of the area.

Prepare other service points, such as trolley service, shop and kiosk when needed.

To perform general kitchen duties, including washing up and cleaning equipment and surfaces.

To assist with computer-based activities such as data entry, operating the tills and accessing the food ordering system.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: some experience of catering and cash handling.

Level 2 Food Hygiene·

Compliance: Eligibility to work in UK. 2 Years of references
