Childcare Lawyer

Seven Resourcing are currently seeking a Childcare Lawyer to work within Coventry City Council. This is a full time hybrid role, paying £50.43 p/h. 

Job Purpose:

To conduct court hearings on behalf of the local authority, in children and other related matters. 

It involves carrying out hearings, in predominantly, children cases, in Coventry, and sometimes in Nuneaton and Birmingham.

The hearings are varied, ranging from directions hearings, to contested hearings. There is also a need to do some drafting of orders and other documents, and to attend advocates meetings and other meetings at times.

Other hearings may require cover, including those relating to adult services. 

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Practising Certificate

Experience: Significant experience in providing childcare soliciting

Travel: full UK driving license
