Children’s Residential Support Worker

Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for two Childrens Residential Support Workers to start a new role in Crewe. This is a locum role offering a Negotiable rate

We are looking for Childrens Residential Support Workers to work with a home in Crewe doing 24-hour shifts with a sleep in.

You need to have a Level 3 qualification and restraint training.

The property is a newly refurbished 3-bedroom terraced house in Crewe with capacity for two young people, each with their own bedroom and a shared upstairs bathroom. The third bedroom is dedicated to staff use only and doubles as an office. The ground floor has communal spaces including a kitchen, lounge, dining area and toilet. There is also an outdoor garden area. (There is only 1 child in the home at present)

The rate of pay for this role is negotiable.

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience of working with children in a residential setting
• Qualifications: Level 3 in relevant subject
• Compliance: Enhanced Adults and Childrens DBS, Right to Work in the UKHours: 24 hour shifts with sleep ins, minimum of 2 shifts per week.
• Travel: Full UK driving license and access to your own car (desirable)
