Cleansing and Maintenance Officer

Seven Resourcing are looking for a Cleansing and Maintenance Officers to work in North Tyneside. These positions are initially on a temporary basis starting Asap until 27 th September 2024.

Position:  Cleansing and Maintenance Officer

Location:  North Tyneside

Pay Details: £13.95per hour PAYE.

The role:

This post will be to carry out cleaning and maintenance duties on equipped children’s play areas within North Tyneside. Duties including litter removal, emptying of bins and graffiti removal. Tasks may include the use of power tools as directed i.e. strimmer, leaf blowers, drills, sanders. General driving duties including routine vehicle maintenance/inspection and vehicle cleaning and assisting with play equipment maintenance tasks. Hours are 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday & 7:30 to 12:30 on Fridays. Enhanced disclosure & barring certificate is preferred.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: N/A.

Experience: Familiarity with use of hand-held machinery: Strimmer’s/blowers/drills/sanders etc

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and references covering the last 2 years.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
