Communications Officer

Seven Resourcing is working with Leicestershire County Council to recruit a Communications Officer for their Marketing Team.

Short term cover for a Communications Officer (until end February 2024). As with others, we would do an initial contract and then extend depending on performance etc.

The communications would be commercial and heritage projects and would need a communications expert with varied experience of traditional and digital marketing.

The job is equivalent to a grade 9 which pays £14.43 – £15.58 – we would expect it to be around this range.

The campaigns would be Adult Learning, Multiply, Heritage plus supporting some Libraries work, and to be honest, anything that crops up – it’s a very varied job.

It’s hybrid working, work from home/ anywhere suitable – but with an expectation to be in the office one or two days a week. This is to the employees choosing to some extent, but it’s meant to be when being in the office works best or is necessary. We have Campaign team catch ups in person at least once a month in person which are usually a Tuesday.
