Seven Resourcing is working with Solihull Council to recruit a Community Safety Administrator for their Economy & Infrastructure Management Department.

£11.81ph PAYE

Initial 3 month contract

Hybrid working conditions

Supporting Community Safety Officers with general admin

Hybrid working – ideally 1 day per week in the office.

Flexible working hours – 37 hours per week

Minute Taking

Responding to emails/phone calls

Education:

Relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in administration or similar

OR

The ability to demonstrate through extended experience/training, the necessary knowledge to carry out the full range of duties.

Experience:

Proven experience of providing administrative and/or operational business support. 

Experience of working in a customer focused or community-based environment

Experience of co-ordinating meetings and taking notes

Experience in setting up and managing spreadsheets and/or databases

MS Office packages – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
