Customer Service Advisor

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Administrator to work in Barnsley. This position is is paying £11.18 PAYE or £13.98 umbrella. The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.

Purpose of job:

? To work as part of a multi-functional integrated Customer Services Contact Centre.

? To provide a high standard of customer service and service request fulfilment to the residents of Worcestershire via a number of channels including telephony, webchat and online.

? To lead on the resolution of more complex queries, requiring investigation from a variety of sources and more detailed problem solving.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

? To be the first point of contact for telephone, webchat and online enquiries on behalf of Worcestershire County Council Highways and Transport Control Centre ? Provide information, advice and services to customers on behalf of Worcestershire County Council, its partners and other local/national agencies.

? To make decisions on prioritising key actions during emergency response and severe weather events

? To provide an end to end service where appropriate to ensure continuous customer support in dealing with issues and queries from the public

? Take responsibility for resolving queries and completing the arising actions on behalf of the customer, progressing and chasing when required.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:  N/A. 

Experience:  2+ years working within a similar role. 

Compliance:  Proof of right to work in the UK and a current DBS check. 

Travel:  Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours:  37.5 hours p/w.
