Customer Service Advisor

Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for several Customer Service Advisor’s to start a new role in Liverpool.

Would you like to be part of a dynamic team to deliver an outstanding customer service providing first contact resolutions to customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent and committed individual!

This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £12.71 PAYE or £15.90 Umbrella. The working hours are 5 days a week, between Monday to Sunday 8.00am and 6.00pm.

The role:

To own individual enquiries, complaints, and customer requests.

To work flexibly across the hours of the Careline Service. 

To contribute to the process of continually improving customer access to quality, cost effective services.

To promote a positive image of Careline and Liverpool City Council, working as part of an integrated team.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within customer service

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm
