Customer Service Advisor and Training Officer

Seven Resourcing is working with Rutland Council to recruit a customer service advisor and training officer for their admin and clerical services.

6 month contract initially until end of March 2023.

£15.49ph via Umbrella company.

This role is to provide a reception/floor walker role for the Customer Services Team.  The primary requirement of the role is to meet and greet visitors to the main site at Catmose, Oakham and to signpost them to be able to access Council Services – for instance to use the phone to make a call to our specialist back office.
