Seven Social Care is looking for a Customer Service advisor at Shropshire Council paying £15.89 per hour

The role:

The First Point of Contact team is part of Customer Services that triages calls for Adult and Children’s Social Care Teams, including safeguarding calls.

The work is in a contact centre environment working in Shirehall Staff need to work in Shirehall, Shrewsbury and once trained will then have the option of working from home.
