Customer Service Agent

Seven Social Care is looking for a Call Centre Advisor to fill an exclusive opportunity in Liverpool.

The role:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be delivering high quality, cost effective, 24 hour telephone based comprehensive housing and telecare service, resolving the service requests of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all service enquiries through a variety of media (phone, text, email and web).
  • Owning critical incidents and co-ordinating response of parties including emergency services and escalation with local staff.
  • Co-ordination and arrangement of emergency accommodation, meals, transport etc.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 Customer Service/Business Administration/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Hours: 37 hours p/w.
