Customer Service Representative

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to start a new role in Denbighshire

You will deliver first class customer service by providing information, advice guidance and support to Denbighshire residents as part of the delivery of a new council service – using the most appropriate system/method to meet their needs.

This is an interim role initially for 4 months with the view of extending.

Responsibilities:

Act on behalf of customers (using multiple access channels to include phone, face to face, electronic, social media) to ensure that their applications, reports and requests for information and services are acknowledged, and progressed using the relevant services policies and processes.

Answer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously, applying excellent customer service skills and behaviours as appropriate, to the satisfaction of the enquirer.

Deliver first point of contact resolution or where appropriate, signposting customers to the right person/department every time

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Experience of working within a busy customer service environment.

Qualifications: Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard (including English) or equivalent.

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours a week, 8:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday
