Customer Service Team Leader

Seven Social Care is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to fill a fantastic role in Carlisle.
The role:
You will establish a comprehensive support infrastructure facilitating the execution of operations at the Customer Service Centre. This encompasses overseeing a diverse team of staff members responsible for delivering and upholding services to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Service Advisors, delivering a high quality, cost effective 24-hour telephone-based service to users.
- Be responsible for the smooth running and supervision of the CSC and Helpline during core hours and out of hours.
- Develop and deliver policies for the management of the CSC that reflect the differences to the core business.
- Carry out regular work reviews with team members. Set clear objectives to maximise potential in each team member.
- Manage each individual’s performance and attendance with HR guidelines.
Applicant Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years’ experience as a Customer Service Team Leader.
Hours: 37 hours p/w.
Pay: £24.86 per hour.
