Damp and Mould Surveyor

Seven Social Care is looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

The role:

To participate as a technical member of the Client Repairs team to undertake a wide range of Building Surveying Services, Specification writing, Enforcement Inspections, producing detailed reports Repairs Diagnostics and related Project Management duties. Specialise in the identification and specifying of remedial works to eradicate Mould and Damp issues

To proactively engage with customers, contractors, leaseholders, tenants and all related Council Officers such as Housing Management, Legal Services, Leasehold Services, Social Services (Adults & Children’s Services) and the Home-Buy Team in the delivery of the Repairs Service
