Deprivation of Liberty (DoLS) Coordinator

Seven Social Care is looking for a Deprivation of Liberty (DoLS) Coordinator at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

The role:

The Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team provides a central point for all London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham DoLS Applications.

The DoLS Team operates 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. The Team is responsible for co-ordinating and managing DoLS assessments and reviews.

The DoLS Team provides expert advice and support to residents, carers; colleagues and partners and represents the Council at multi agency meetings and forums.

The role holder will be report directly to the DoLS Manager and be responsible for the overall administration and co-ordination of the processes and statutory systems for the delivery of Council’s duties, in relation to its role as a Supervisory Body.

Roles at this level provide a specialist service to individuals, children, families and carers resident of Hammersmith and Fulham in line with the requirements of current, relevant, national legislation and local policies and procedures.
