Domiciliary Care Manager

Seven Social Care are looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager in the Croydon, Greater London area.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £32k.

Role Purpose:

• Taking responsibility for staff including care workers and support workers out in the field.
• Driving business forward to hit targets and KPI’s.
• Manage relationships with clients including local authorities.
• Ensure regulations and company rules are maintained.
• Manage the budgets.

Day to day duties:

• Supervise a team of carers.
• Write care plans and perform care assesments.
• Ensure compliance with CQC policies and procedures.
• Developing and leading activities for service users.

Requirements:

• Appropriate NMC or SWE registration.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check.
