Drug and Alcohol Young Person Worker

Seven Social Care is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Young Person Worker to work within Selby, North Yorkshire to provide specialist drug and alcohol treatment for young people in line with NICE guidance

Please note this role is Hybrid working meaning you are able to do both office and remote working.

Job Responsibilities:

To undertake assessments and deliver structured treatment to young people.

To involve and support families of young people engaging with the service

To provide harm minimization advice and information to children, young people, and families

To work with young people across a variety of settings including schools, early help provision, youth work provision and home visits.

Liaise with and work in partnership with key agencies and organisations across North Yorkshire

Ensure all case recording and documentation is accurate and up to date at all times using the designated Management Information System

Understand and adhere to the principles and processes for Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults
