Early Help Practitioner

Seven Social Care are currently looking for an Early Help Practitioner to start work in Bury. This is an interim post, initially for 4 – 6 months with the view of extending.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Help Practitioner to join our Early Help Locality Team. Responsibilities:

Promote Parents, children, and young people’s participation, and seek strength based solutions in developing better outcomes

Contribute to the assessment of risk and work within the Local Authority’s safeguarding procedures, as appropriate to your role

To act as key worker where necessary and appropriate to coordinate an early help plan

To understand the needs of the children, young people, and families through assessment

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Significant experience in working with vulnerable children and their families.

Qualifications: Level 3 or above qualification in Health / Social Care or similar relevant area.

Compliance: Current enhanced DBS, right to work in the UK.

Hours : 37 hours per week, 8:45am – 17:00pm

Travel: Full UK driving license with access to your own car (business insurance required)
