Facilities Service Administrator

Seven Resourcing are currently seeking a Facilities Service Administrator to work within Glasgow Council. This is a full time position and we are paying £15.71 per hour for this role.
The role:
Provide data processing services for the Engineering function in respect of a Maintenance Management system (MMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of reactive maintenance requests ensuring they are actioned within SLA
- Updating asset database to ensure accurate data
- Be an active member of the facilities service to ensure effective day to day running of the department, to provide an exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
- Carry out any other administration duties necessary for the efficient operation of the facilities department
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Compliance: Current Standard DBS check.
- Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- Hours: 37 hours p/w.
