Facilities Service Administrator

Seven Resourcing are currently seeking a Facilities Service Administrator to work within Glasgow Council. This is a full time position and we are paying £15.71 per hour for this role. 

 

The role:

Provide data processing services for the Engineering function in respect of a Maintenance Management system (MMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of reactive maintenance requests ensuring they are actioned within SLA
  • Updating asset database to ensure accurate data
  • Be an active member of the facilities service to ensure effective day to day running of the department, to provide an exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Carry out any other administration duties necessary for the efficient operation of the facilities department

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 
  • Compliance: Current Standard DBS check. 
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37 hours p/w.
