Factoring Coordinator

  • Location: Glasgow, Glasgow City
  • Salary: £13.5 - £13.5 per hour
  • Type: Temporary / Full Time

Seven Social Care are currently looking for Factoring Coordinator to work with Glasgow sheltered housing. This role is initially available for a period of around 6 months and is paying £13.50 per hour. 

 

The role:

The purpose of the job is to provide our factored owners, and colleagues with advice and support in relation to the provision of services within our mixed tenure blocks or developments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

This is a hybrid role between the office and your home address.

Previous experience of working within a property factoring role is desirable, along with the ability to interpret and understand complex legal documents such as title deeds.

Knowledge of current legislation and best practice relating to consultation, service charges, factoring and estate management is desirable.

Relevant experience of working within a team in a property factoring or housing services environment is desirable.

Strong customer focus, demonstrating empathy, patience and understanding of customer needs and requirements. Able to listen to customer feedback to help identify and make recommendations for improvements in service delivery.

Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Takes personal responsibility for “making things happen” and delivering results always meeting deadlines.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years working within a similar role. 
  • Compliance: Current DBS check. 
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
