Family Support Service Advisor

Seven Resourcing is recruiting for a Family Support Service Advisor in the West Midlands.

£19.84 per hour via Umbrella

2 month initial contract

37 hours per week – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Duties:

–    Answering Queries: Respond to inquiries from families, caregivers, and external customers regarding the Family Information Service. Provide clear and accurate information to address their concerns and guide them through available resources.

–    First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance from the Family Information Service. Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to build trust and rapport with service users.

–    Informing External Customers: Effectively communicate with external customers, such as partner organizations, to share relevant information about the Family Information Service and the assistance it offers.

Requirements:

–    Compassion and empathy for individuals and families in need of support.

–    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

–    Strong organizational and time management abilities.

–    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

–    Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
