Fast Track to Care Project Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a well qualified Fast Track to Care Project Officer in the Barry, Vale of Glamorgan area.

This role is 80% Hybrid working with the hours 09:00-17:30.

The pay rate is £13.17 PAYE.

Job Description:

  • To co-ordinate the development plan for the Fast Track to Care development programme, aiming for one programme per month and to oversee the ongoing programme of activity/events.
  • To work collaboratively with the wider Social Care Workforce Development Team to plan, organise and administer all activity, ensuring all development is setup and recorded on the Learning Management System (LMS) and communicated widely through appropriate communication channels.
  • To regularly review and evaluate the progress of programme
  • To produce regular reports to internal stakeholders on the progress of the programme

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Council’s Financial Regulations, Standing Orders, Policies and Procedures
  • To implement the principles of the Council’s Equal Opportunity Policy whilst carrying out the above duties
