Financial Assessment Assistant

Seven Resourcing is working with Leicestershire County Council to recruit 2 Financial Assessment Assistants within their Adult Social Care Finance Service.

6 months FTC.

No DBS required.

Hybrid but expected to come into County Hall a fair bit at the start to show them the ropes etc

Salary – £21,192 per annum

Full-time needed

Job Purpose:

–    To assist the Financial Assessment Team with obtaining and verifying information required to complete a financial assessment for adult care and support charges 

–    To assist the Financial Assessment Team with data inputting on the ContrOCC database 

Duties:

Initiating contact by telephone, email and letter with people / representatives receiving care and support services commissioned by Leicestershire County Council

Maintain and update accurate computer records of actions taken to facilitate correct and timely completion of financial assessments

General support to the financial assessment process

To undertake such other duties within the scope of the job purpose and grading
