Gangs Unit Outreach Worker

Seven Social Care is looking for a Gangs Unit Outreach Worker at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham paying £29.94 per hour

The role:

To deliver Hammersmith & Fulham’s approach to supporting young people out of gangs, violence and exploitation.

This will involve a significant amount of joint working to ensure that Hammersmith & Fulham establishes and delivers early intervention approaches, case management and bringing about reductions in the number of young people involved in violent incidents.

Work with other departments within the council, police and other strategic partners will be a key part of the role.

To provide high-quality delivery and co-ordination of outreach, which is focused on the informal education, personal and social development for young people living in the locality with the aim of reducing the involvement and impact of gang activity.
