Graffiti Removal Technician

Seven Social Care is looking for a Graffiti Removal Technician at Hammersmith and Fulham

ROLE PURPOSE

1.1 To be part of a team which undertakes the removal and cleansing of graffiti, fly-posting and other areas of work relating to the visual amenity and health of the local environment as directed and required.

1.2 To work as part of a division focused on the improvement of the local environment for the community at large.

ROLE DUTIES

1.3 To undertake all duties concerned with the removal and cleansing of graffiti and fly-posting and other areas of work related to the visual amenity and health of the local environment, from all surfaces and structures within the borough as directed

1.4 To use, where necessary specialist Cleansing equipment and chemicals, following safe operating procedures and health and safety regulations and guidance.

1.5 To operate pressure hot wash and sand blasting equipment as in accordance with safe operating instructions and health and safety guidelines. 1.6 To proactively remove and cleanse graffiti, fly-posting and other related matters as required by the role.

1.7 To be responsible for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and to wear as required in accordance with health and safety regulation, guidance and procedures.
