Head of Customer Services

Seven Social Care is looking for a Head of Customer Services at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

The role:

To lead on customer services for the council’s housing service and develop joint working relationships between all teams delivering a customer service in Growth & Place.

To develop and deliver housing’s customer service strategy to deliver a seamless customer experience.

To manage the Growth & Place customer service team for the council’s housing service across the borough.
