Head of Service First Response Team

Seven Resourcing are looking for a Head of service within the First Response Team. This role will be based in Rotherham. This position is initially for a period of 3 months.
Rate-£600 per day
The role:
The post holder will have responsibility for the effective and efficient operation and delivery of a function or cluster of locality services (in this case the Front door and MASH) which have a direct impact on the health or quality of life of individuals and/or protection of the vulnerable.

The post holder will have responsibility for delivering high level advice and guidance which significantly influences, either directly or indirectly, the trust and confidence of the community and/or Council.

This will involve the strategic planning, review, design, and transformation of services to deliver sustainable and safe outcomes for high-risk vulnerable client groups to ensure people’s needs are met and value for money achieved.
Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: Social work and professional registration
• Experience: 2+ years working within
• Compliance: DBS check (enhanced)
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
