H&F Academy Coordinator

Seven Social Care is looking for a H&F Academy Coordinator in Hammersmith and Fulham

The role:

You will be working in the busy strategic resourcing team, supporting with a variety of administrative functions aligned to the H&F Academy programme. We are ambitious in our aims to seize opportunities for everyone, and the H&F Academy programme focuses on opportunities for our residents aligned to our Industrial strategy. You will be the first point of contact providing an outstanding customer focussed service, dealing with apprenticeship, graduate and intern enquiries from external and internal sources and manage functional mailboxes as well as maintaining and updating data platforms. You will support the H&F manager community with advertising roles and guiding through the onboarding journey and working in collaboration with our shared services.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      To manage and support the administration of Apprentices, Graduates and Interns.

To monitor and track Apprentice, Graduate and intern progression.

To make applications for government incentives.

To coordinate monthly network sessions for stakeholders.

To keep accurate records of learners’ start and end dates, monitoring that the learners do not exceed their planned end date.

To ensure Apprenticeship starts course enrolment paperwork is processed in a timely manner and keeping accurate records.
