Highways Network Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for a Highways Network Manager at North Northamptonshire Council paying  £500 umbrella per day

The role:

Hybrid – Office/Home/Site – Sheerness House, 2nd Floor

41 Meadow Road

Kettering

NN16 8TL

Typically most staff are in the office one day per week but we would like these posts to be in two to three days in the first couple of weeks to get to know people and system

Highways maintenance and municipal highway management experience.

Role requires someone with experience in Client-side highway operations covering dealing with contractors, budget management and planning, streetworks coordination, claims investigation, dealing with complaints across all aspects of the highways service with Councillors, MPs and the public, able to deal with people at all levels and explain technical issues clearly.

Will deal with FOIs and similar data requests as well.

Would expect a minimum of 10 years’ experience in this role.
