Homeless Intervention Team Leader

Seven Social Care is looking for a Homeless Intervention Team Leader at Central Bedfordshire Council

The role:

To deliver an effective advisory and assistance service as part of a comprehensive approach to Homelessness demand by focussing.

The team leader roles will ensure day to day delivery of core statutory services required by the Housing legislation covering homelessness.

Specialising in assessment, investigation, and decision making, ensuring services provided meet legal requirements and best practice guidance.

Team’s main function is to reduce homelessness and rough sleeping in Central Bedfordshire.

Team is also responsible for administering for the local Welfare Provision scheme.

This role will lead and manage one of two specialist teams – Early Intervention and Prevention or Crisis Intervention and Relief .
