Homeless Service Manager

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Homeless Service Manager to work within Northamptonshire.

This position is initially for a period of 3 months and pays £28.46 (PAYE) or £37 (Umbrella) per hour.

The role:

To provide strong supervision, and guidance to Housing Options Officers and a Business Support Officer across two sites: The Forum in Towcester and The Abbey in Daventry.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the team complete all duties in line with Part 7 Housing Act 1996, adhering to all relevant guidance, case law, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain effective working relationships with partner agencies to ensure effective joint working in the delivery of services.
• Complete homelessness reviews where necessary, ensuring that they are conducted in compliance with statutory timescales, regulatory framework and the Homelessness Code of Guidance.

• To supervise your team to provide good quality and effective housing and homelessness advice, information and signposting using a full range of housing options.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: qualifications in a relevant field.
• Experience: experience in a relevant job role.
• Compliance: 3 years references.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
