Homless Prevention/Early Intervention Worker

Seven Social Care are looking for a Homeless Prevention/Early Intervention Worker dealing with homeless prevention and substance misuse in Croydon. This position is full time (39 Hours Per Week) and is paying £13.79 per hour with umbrella options available. 

Main Purpose: 

To support a caseload of service users currently in substance use treatment to avoid homlessness. 

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years working in a similar role.
• Compliance: Up to date DBS.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 39 hours p/w.
