Housing Complaints Resolution Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a Housing & Refugees Complaints Resolution Officer in Hammersmith and Fulham

The role:

1.1 Responsible for logging and monitoring Council’s incoming MP, Members enquiries, Complaints, Ombudsman enquiries, Freedom of Information an Subject Access Requests for refugees; homelessness administering the principles of the Councils complaints processes.

1.2 Monitor and ensure residents are responded to within agreed timescales and ensure the issues are addresses, with the appropriate action taken regarding feedback.

1.3 Proactively responding to expressions of resident dissatisfaction with housing colleagues at the initial stage, preventing escalation wherever possible.

1.4 Report on trends including the lessons learnt and how to improve our service.

1.5 Arrange compensation or goodwill gestures if required, all to be agreed and approved by the Assistant Director / Head of Service, Service Managers
