Housing Customer Services Officer

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Housing Customer Services Officer to work in Brent, home to Wembly Stadium in London.

These positions are initially for a period of 3-6 months and will be paying £18.67 per hour.

The working arrangements will be full time 9.00am to 5.00pm.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Taking calls from tenants and their representatives concerning any aspect of conditions of tenancy,  repairs/ housing management or housing needs/homelessness. 

Must have a can-do attitude and to work as part of a dynamic team.

To always see the service through the eyes of the customer and make suggestions for improvement where appropriate

To constantly challenge self-performance and seek to find improvements

To carry out duties efficiently and effectively

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within similar role.
  • Compliance: 2 years written references and proof of right to work in the UK.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 36.25 hours p/w.
