Housing Manager

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Housing Manager to work in Guildford, Surrey. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £22.00 per hour.

The role:

The Housing Manager covers approximately 500 homes (Local Authority areas in Guildford, Merton, Sutton and Kingston-Upon-Thames). The candidate will deal with voids and lettings, ASB, estate inspections, home visits for rent arrears, customer complaints, manage safeguarding referrals for general needs and leasehold/shared ownership customers. The candidate will work closely with other colleagues in the housing team as well as colleagues in our service centre, maintenance, compliance and contract managers for grounds maintenance and communal cleaning. The candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal skills and to be able to work with different customer groups. The candidate needs to have meet the recruitment compliance checks as well have access to a vehicle as there will be travelling around the patch on a regular basis. The candidate needs to be based around the Guildford/Surrey area and will be working on a hybrid basis where it will be a mix of working from home, working from the nearest local office and also out on the patch.

Qualifications:

N/A.

Experience: 2+ years tenancy management experience.

Compliance: Current DBS check and references covering the last 3 years.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
