Housing Needs Officer

Seven Resourcing is working with Birmingham City Council to recruit for a Housing Needs Officer in their Temporary Accomodation service at Magnolia House.

35 hours per week

Initial 3 month

£11.18 per hour

Deliver a responsive and customer focused temporary accommodation (TA) tenancy support service that enables customers to sustain their TA tenancy and successfully move on into suitable secured accommodation.

36.5 hours per week

Duplicate for same role without inspections and a basic DBS needed.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Qualification
• Experience: Experience in Housing desirable
• Compliance: Up to date Passport and DBS.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 35 hours p/w.
