Housing Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a Housing Officer to fill a fantastic role in Gloucester.

The role:

As a Housing officer you will be responsible for providing a customer focused housing service provision across supported and sheltered schemes, delivering a day-to-day housing management service and monitoring service level agreement with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure occupancy targets are met, through lettings and refurbishments of properties.

Meet rent collections and arrears targets.

Provide practical support and information to clients when entering the service and throughout their involvement with the service.

Monitor and meet relevant health and safety standards in properties.

Carry out day-to-day administration duties.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience:

1+ years relevant experience.

Compliance: Up to date DBS.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.

Car driver essential
