Housing Options Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a Housing Options Officer at West Northamptonshire Council 

The role:

WFH 2 days, 3 days in the Guildhall Northampton office

Initially three months as agency and then a nine-month fixed-term contract on a salary of £36,734 (pro-rata)

Full time 37 hours

2 days WFH, 3 days in t he Guildhall Northampton office

£28 per hour Umbrella or £21.54 per hour PAYE

Prevention and relief of homelessness, issuing of legally compliant letters, assessment of main homelessness duty, including eligibility, priority need, local connection and intentional homelessness.
