Seven Social Care is looking for a Housing Technical Officer – Planned Works at Brentwood Borough Council

The role:

To assist with the maintenance and improvement of the Council’s housing stock. The council’s planned maintenance service exists to deliver a high standard of service to tenants, fulfilling this role within the framework of service objectives, the Council’s corporate objectives and policies and any legal requirements.

This role will primarily focus on delivering planned minor and major improvement works, providing excellent surveying, contract management and customer service by working in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.  

 

    To provide technical surveying, contract and project management support relating to maintenance and improvement of the Council’s housing stock through planned and reactive minor and major works.

 

    To assist the Cyclical Projects Co-ordinator in the development of programmes of work using the results of stock condition surveys held in the asset management system, Keystone and project management systems.
