Seven Resourcing are looking for a full time onsite temporary HR Administrator to work in Tower Hamlets. This position is paying £12.63 with umbrella options available.

 

Job Responsibilities of a HR Administrator:

 

 

To create user guides for HR and operational staff for these systems.

Involed HR administration for the whole employee journey, from hiring to leaving.

Advise employees and managers on HR policies and processes, handle people changes and data management.

Ensure HR compliance with DBS checks and absense tracking.

 

To support the HR Director and HR TL with a range of administrative tasks including undertaking correspondence, setting up and maintaining files and spreadsheets etc.

To support HRM by undertaking work on personnel files, sickness records, employee relations etc.

To prepare reports for managers as required by the HR Director and HRM.

Support the HR Assistant with Right to Work enquiries and issues where needed.

Reporting to the Service centre Manager.

 

Applicant Requirements for a HR Administrator:

 

Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.  Generalist HR experience is essential, data processing experience.

Compliance:  Up to date DBS, Right to Work in UK
