HR – Recruitment Administrator

Seven Resourcing are looking for an Recruitment Administrator to work in Bristol within the HR department for South Gloucestershire Council. We are paying £14.47 per hour for this role, and is a full time hybrid position. 

The role:

As an HR Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process within the Human Resources department. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the recruitment life cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from job posting to candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • First point of contact for customers contacting the recruitment team.
  • First point of contact for candidates and management queries in the form of incoming calls and emails into our shared team inbox.
  • Supporting managers on our recruitment system (ATS).
  • Producing offer letters.
  • Carrying out all pre- employment checks for new starters – including references, DBS, medical etc. Giving support and keeping contact to all candidates through their onboarding journey.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths.

    Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience

  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 
  • Compliance: Current Standard DBS check. 
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37 hours p/w.
