HR Resourcing Consultant

Seven Resourcing are looking for 2 HR Resourcing Consultants to work on an interim basis with Bristol City for an initial period of 6 – 12 months.

37 Hours Per Week

£17.12 Per Hour (PAYE) or £21.20 Per Hour (Umbrella)

Hybrid Working – Mix between home working and onsite at City Hall, Sandy Park, Brislington and Temple Street.

The Job-

Bristol City Council’s Housing service is embarking on a significant recruitment drive to bolster its operational capabilities with a mix of temporary and permanent staff. This initiative is crucial to ensure we meet the needs of our residents and ensure our homes meet new regulatory requirements.

To support this recruitment programme, we are looking for experienced recruitment consultants who can support managers to bring in talent and manage their recruitment activity from attraction to appointment.

Deliver a professional and positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey from attraction to appointment.

– Work with the recruitment advertising agency and in house comms team to support external brand including project managing a recruitment microsite.

– Develop relevant and effective assessment methods and scoring measures.

– Manage a number of routes to market such as temporary recruitment and CV searching.

– Adhere to BCC’s recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair/ transparent recruitment.

Applicant Requirements-

–             Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of the complete recruitment cycle.

–             Extensive knowledge and experience of taking briefs from hiring managers, identifying their needs, and designing effective recruitment solutions within cost parameters.

–             Significant experience of working with recruitment agencies engaging in all aspects of recruitment including advertising, running social media campaigns and of upholding an employer

               brand(s).

–             Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of equalities and diversity issues.

–             Confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships and effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

–             Experience of developing effective assessment activities (including scoring measures) used in recruitment e.g. writing interview questions, case studies, practical exercises etc.

–             Ability to work effectively within a pressurised environment, where priorities and deadlines are subject to change.

–             Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System.
