Seven Social Care is looking for a Improvement Manager at Staffordshire County Council paying £ 442.43 per day

About the Role

The Improvement Manager (ACFS) will play a strategic role in the development, design and delivery of major change and transformation programme within ACFS. Working closely with a wide range of corporate colleagues to ensure ACFS programmes are delivered as part of a wider programme of change in the Council.

Responsible for improvement initiatives from inception through delivery and onto fully evidenced completion

Responsible for planning own time in order to meet agreed and defined stage gates, taking full accountability for coordinating all tasks required to meet objectives   

Reporting to Programme Manager on progress at pre-set intervals

Liaise with a variety of stakeholders throughout improvement activities

Communicate and engage with relevant audiences throughout initiatives

Utilise data driven improvement methodologies e.g. Lean Six Sigma to prove root cause and proposed solutions before commencing delivery of change

Utilise data driven improvement methodologies to evidence initiative success and ultimately completion
