Income Processing Advisor

  • Salary: £12.93 - £16.24 per hour

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Income Processing Advisor to work in Newcastle.

This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying £12.93 (PAYE) or £16.24 (umbrella) per hour.

The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. 

The role:

  • Delivers a quality service which efficiently and effectively supports the Income Advice and Collection function.
  • Assist in the creation and adjustments to specific account types.
  • Produce invoices for sundry debt and major works.
  • Responsible for the submission of accurate information on a variety of computer systems.
  • Answer internal and external queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Promote and encourage a ‘Rent First’ culture within Your Homes Newcastle.
  • Committed to delivering a service of customer excellence.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure the delivery of joined up services.
  • Follow agreed business processes, statutory and regulatory policies and frameworks relating to safeguarding, health and safety and equality and diversity.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and build constructive relationships which make it easier to do business with.
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
  • To undertake any other duties as directed by your Line Manager, in line with the responsibilities of this post.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A. 
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references. 
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
