Income Processing Advisor

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Income Processing Advisor to work in Newcastle.
This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying £12.93 (PAYE) or £16.24 (umbrella) per hour.
The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
The role:
- Delivers a quality service which efficiently and effectively supports the Income Advice and Collection function.
- Assist in the creation and adjustments to specific account types.
- Produce invoices for sundry debt and major works.
- Responsible for the submission of accurate information on a variety of computer systems.
- Answer internal and external queries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Promote and encourage a ‘Rent First’ culture within Your Homes Newcastle.
- Committed to delivering a service of customer excellence.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure the delivery of joined up services.
- Follow agreed business processes, statutory and regulatory policies and frameworks relating to safeguarding, health and safety and equality and diversity.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and build constructive relationships which make it easier to do business with.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- To undertake any other duties as directed by your Line Manager, in line with the responsibilities of this post.
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: N/A.
- Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references.
- Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
