Joiner

Seven Resourcing is looking for a qualified Joiner to fill an exclusive opportunity with Darlington Borough Council. This is long term temporary contract with a rate per hour of £17.81.

The role:

The Council has a commercially focused, successful and thriving Housing Building team which are currently looking to recruit time served Joiners to the team.

We pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction and are looking to expand our team further to deliver this. You will be expected to work to a high standard ensuring good value all whilst keeping tenants informed of progress.

The job utilises mobile technology to enable you to carry out your job while on the move using a mobile device. This includes details of your appointments, van stock control and health and safety information such as vehicle checks.

As a Joiner, you will assist with kitchen and bathroom installations, floor joist and board renewal. You will be working as part of our existing IPM team with an ongoing project.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: Relevant NVQ Level 2
• Experience: 2+ years Joinery experience.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
• References: 2 years written references with all gaps verified.
• CSCS Card
