LEARNING AND LEISURE – DEPUTY MANAGER

Seven Social Care is looking for a Team Leader (Rivercourt & Ashchurch) at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council paying £27.96 per hour

The role:

Work at both Rivercourt and Ashchurch.

To deliver excellent support to vulnerable adults with a Learning Disability have a physical disability, Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health, Dementia.

Work in partnership with Services/schools/colleges on our transition groups for Resident’s who are leaving children, and young people’s provisions and moving into adults’ provisions.

Assisting our Residents in identifying progression opportunities and providing on-going transition support for those moving into college, employment, apprenticeships or further learning.

Being able to live the life they want.

Establishing positive relationships with our Residents, supporting and enabling them to increase their confidence and realise their potential, fully integrating them into all project activities, and to explore services e.g Independent Living establishments as required, and a Curriculum for Independent Living skills.
