Seven Social Care is looking for a Lettings Coordinator at Brent Council

Job Purpose:

 

    To co-ordinate the process of letting all void properties from receipt of notification of tenancy termination to sign up of new tenancy.

 

    To support the delivery of front line, customer focused administration function, associated with lettings and mutual exchanges .

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

 

    P rovide a high level of customer service with emphasis on getting things right the first time, keeping promises and taking ownership for the customer. Aim to promote self-sufficiency in our services while offering support to those that need extra help.

 

    Work with partners to set, coordinate, track and ensure completion of actions with other services to get things done for the customer which meet or exceed customers’ expectations.

 

    Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate a seamless end to end lettings process.

 

    Coordinate the end to end mutual exchange administrative process to ensure operational and statutory compliance.

 

    Ensure clear understanding of tenant’s obligations when ending a tenancy and enforce tenancy agreement terms and recharge with outgoing tenants.

 

    Maintain and coordinate the provision of an induction pack for new customers and work with the frontline housing management team to comply with the administration processes.

 

    Quality check customer and property data after sign up to ensure compliance with policy and local government.
