Lifeline Response Officer

Location:  Darlington 

Position Type: Full-time, Ongoing Project

Work Hours: 3 shift patterns Monday to Sunday

Pay Rate:  £12.02 PAYE – £14.67 UMBRELLA per hour.

Seven Resourcing is looking for a full-time Lifeline Response Officer  within Darlington.

Job Description:

Lifeline Services is a busy response service with our officers providing emergency help if required until the other services or relatives can be organised. You will be based at our central office and your duties will include responding to clients in their own homes, various administrative duties, and computer input.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to client emergency calls and provide necessary assistance until further help or family members can be coordinated.

Conduct administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining client records.

Install, inspect, and demonstrate emergency response technology and low-level adaptations.

Demonstrate a caring, calm, and discreet demeanour when interacting with clients.

Maintain effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

Adhere to our flexible 24/7 rota, including weekends and evenings.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: previous experience of working with older or vulnerable people is desirable.

Eligibility to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS

Driving Licence. You do not need your own vehicle, there are fleet vehicles available when on duty.
